I absolutely love this brand. They are called Dime Piece Designs and are located out of California. The pictures below are from their Fall/Winter 2009 look book featuring model/R&B singer Cassie. I love love love it!!! Check out there website for more. They are a very innovative and edgy brand in my opinion!
